Employee Spotlight: Miguel Rosales

Since joining the Basin Irrigation and Drainage Authority five years ago, Miguel Rosales has proven to be a hard-working and dedicated team member, helping ensure tasks are completed throughout the Basin. His commitment and work ethic recently led to his promotion to Drain Manager.

Outside of work, Miguel enjoys spending time with his wife and five children (three girls and two boys), and is often gathered around the BBQ. He’s a country music fan and enjoys bow hunting in his free time.

A few of his favorites include Chinese food for dinner, cheesecake for dessert, and cheering on his Las Vegas Raiders.
