Our People
We have a diverse and experienced staff managing water delivery and drainage for 70,000 acres of agricultural lands. Located along the east bank of the Sacramento River and west of the Sutter Bypass, BIDA staff (operating as a JPA for RD1500 and Sutter Mutual Water Company) monitors and maintains 55 miles of levees as part of our flood protection measures.
